TERMS & CONDITIONS

Clear terms for every service.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Learnify Web and Commerce website, services, digital products, project marketplace and related offerings.

Please read these terms carefully. By accessing the website, submitting an enquiry, purchasing a digital project, applying for an internship or using a Learnify service, you agree to follow the applicable terms described below.

1. About Learnify Web and Commerce

Learnify Web and Commerce provides website development, custom ERP development, e-commerce development, WordPress development, custom development, digital marketing, student projects, internships and related digital services.

Specific project requirements, pricing, deliverables, timelines and support arrangements may be agreed separately between Learnify Web and Commerce and the customer.

2. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not damage, disable, overload or interfere with the website or its services.

  • You must not attempt unauthorized access to website systems or accounts.
  • You must not introduce malicious code, harmful files or other disruptive content.
  • You must not use the website to engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
  • You must provide accurate information when submitting forms or placing orders.

3. Website Development & Custom Services

Website, ERP, e-commerce, WordPress, custom development and digital marketing services are provided according to the scope agreed with the customer.

Requirements, features, integrations, revisions, content, third-party services, hosting, domain registration and other dependencies should be confirmed before development begins where applicable.

Changes requested after approval of the agreed scope may require additional time or charges depending on the nature of the requested changes.

4. Project Marketplace & Source Code

Learnify Web and Commerce may offer software projects, academic projects, website projects and other digital products through its Project Marketplace.

Where stated on the project page, a purchased project includes the source code and associated project files for download. The exact contents of each package are described on the applicable project or purchase page.

Source Code

Complete source code may be supplied as part of the purchased project package where specifically stated.

Digital Download

After successful payment, eligible project files may be made available for download through the website or another delivery method.

Database & Assets

Database files, structure, assets and documentation may be included where specified in the project package.

Installation & Support

Installation, customization, modification and technical support are included only where stated in the applicable package or agreement.

5. Project Usage & Academic Responsibility

Project source code is provided for the customer's permitted use. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of purchased projects complies with the rules and requirements of their college, university, institution, course or other applicable authority.

Learnify Web and Commerce does not require or encourage customers to submit purchased work as their own original work where doing so would violate an academic institution's rules.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with any academic, licensing, copyright or institutional requirements applicable to their use of a purchased project.

6. Project Ownership & Intellectual Property

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, purchasing a project does not automatically transfer ownership of Learnify Web and Commerce's underlying intellectual property, reusable libraries, frameworks, branding, documentation or other materials that are not specifically included in the purchased deliverable.

Third-party components included in a project remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

Customers must not represent Learnify-owned materials, third-party materials or licensed components as their own where such representation is not permitted.

7. Orders & Payments

Orders are subject to the information, price and package details displayed at the time of purchase. A digital order is considered successfully placed after the applicable payment process has been successfully completed.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. Their applicable terms and policies may also apply to the payment transaction.

Learnify Web and Commerce may contact the customer regarding an order, payment confirmation, delivery, installation or support.

8. Digital Downloads & Delivery

Digital project files may be delivered through a customer account, download page, email or another delivery method selected by Learnify Web and Commerce.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and for maintaining reasonable security of their account or download credentials.

Customers should keep their purchased files securely backed up after download. Download availability may be subject to the applicable project package, account status and technical limitations.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Because project source code and digital files may be made available for download immediately after successful payment, digital project purchases may not be eligible for cancellation or refund once the files have been delivered or made available for download, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in an applicable refund policy.

Where a specific product or service has separate refund terms, those terms will apply to that purchase.

Customers should review the project description, package contents, pricing, support scope and applicable refund terms before completing a purchase.

10. Internship Applications

Learnify Web and Commerce may provide paid, project-based internship programs. Program duration, fee, training structure, deliverables and other conditions may vary by program and will be communicated with the applicable program details.

Submission of an internship application does not automatically guarantee selection or admission into an internship program.

11. Third-Party Services

Some services may depend on third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, advertising platforms, plugins, themes, libraries or other external services.

Third-party services are subject to their own terms, availability, pricing and policies. Learnify Web and Commerce cannot guarantee the continued availability or unchanged functionality of an independent third-party service.

12. Content & Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing content, images, logos, documents, credentials and other materials supplied for their project where applicable.

Customers must have the necessary rights, permissions or licenses to provide such materials for use in the requested project.

13. Service Availability & Changes

Learnify Web and Commerce may update, improve, modify or discontinue website features, services, products or project listings from time to time.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, hosting issues, technical problems, third-party service interruptions or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

14. Limitation of Responsibility

Learnify Web and Commerce will provide services and digital products according to the agreed scope and applicable package terms. Customers remain responsible for their own use, configuration, deployment, customization and compliance requirements unless those responsibilities are expressly included in the agreed service scope.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated when Learnify Web and Commerce changes its services, products, website features or business practices. Updated terms will be published on this page.
