This policy explains how refunds, cancellations and service-related requests are handled for Learnify Web and Commerce, including digital projects, source-code downloads and development services.
Learnify Web and Commerce may sell software projects, academic projects, website projects and other digital products through its Project Marketplace. Where stated on the project page, the purchased package may include complete source code and associated project files for download.
Purchased projects may include complete source code where specified in the applicable project listing.
Source code and project files may become available for download after successful payment.
Due to the nature of downloadable digital products, a refund will generally not be available once the purchased source code or project files have been delivered or made available for download.
This includes situations where a customer has downloaded, accessed, copied or otherwise obtained the purchased digital files.
If a customer requests cancellation before digital project files have been delivered or made available for download, Learnify Web and Commerce may review the request based on the order status, project type and applicable purchase terms.
Approval of a pre-delivery refund is not automatic and may depend on whether work, customization or other services have already been started.
Website development, ERP development, e-commerce development, WordPress development, custom development and other service engagements are handled according to the agreed project scope and payment terms.
Once development work has started, amounts paid for completed work, approved milestones or non-recoverable third-party expenses may not be refundable, subject to the specific agreement and applicable law.
Installation, customization, modification, bug fixing, training or technical support may be included in a package or purchased separately.
Where a service has already been performed, the completed portion of that service may not be refundable. The applicable package or service agreement will determine the included support and delivery scope.
If a customer believes that the delivered project files are materially different from the purchased package description or that an expected file has not been delivered, the customer should contact Learnify Web and Commerce promptly with the order details and a description of the issue.
Where appropriate, Learnify Web and Commerce may provide the missing files, correct a delivery issue or provide another reasonable resolution based on the specific circumstances.
A technical issue does not automatically make a digital purchase eligible for a refund. Customers should first contact support if a purchased project cannot be downloaded, opened or installed as described.
Resolution may depend on the project's stated requirements, supported environment, hosting configuration, third-party dependencies and the support included with the purchased package.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways. If a payment is deducted but an order is not successfully recorded, the customer should provide the relevant transaction information so the payment status can be checked.
Where a payment gateway reverses, fails or refunds a transaction, the final transaction status may depend on the payment provider's processing procedures.
If the same order is accidentally paid more than once, the customer should contact Learnify Web and Commerce with the transaction details. After verification, an eligible duplicate payment may be considered for refund through the applicable payment method.
Refund or transaction-related requests should include sufficient information to identify the purchase, such as the customer's name, email address, order information and payment transaction details.
Requests can be submitted through the Learnify contact page:
Learnify Web and Commerce may provide academic and final-year projects with source code, documentation and related support. Customers are responsible for using such projects in accordance with the rules of their college, university or institution.
A refund will not normally be provided solely because an institution, faculty member or academic authority does not approve a project after purchase, where the project was delivered according to its stated package.
Learnify Web and Commerce may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy when its products, services, payment methods or delivery processes change. The updated policy will be published on this page.
